RETURNS

If you need to return a purchased item(s) we will gladly exchange your item(s). You can also return your merchandise for store credit (less the shipping fee). Merchandise must be returned in new condition and original tags attached within 30 days of purchase.
**Please NOTE: For exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping charges.

BACKORDERS

We carry a large inventory of items. We will do our best to fill your order completely and promptly. However, if we are temporarily out of stock, we will wait a maximum of two(2) weeks to fill completely before shipping partial orders. You will be notified regarding backorders as soon as possible. At that time, we will follow your instructions.


SHIPPING

Shipping is based on weight of item(s). Your order is pre-weighed and automatically calculated in the ordering process. We ship USPS Priority Mail which is 2 to 3 days. Even though we do 2-3 day shipping, if the item is not in our stock, we must order the item(s), which delays the shipping time frame to about one week. Out of country, shipping is Air Mail, we will adjust shipping charges according to weight. Other shipping is available upon request in the instructions to us. All shipping charges are non-refundable.


CREDIT CARD PROTECTION POLICY

If your order is being shipped to a different address other than the billing address, please make sure your credit card company has the alternate shipping address on file. You can call the number on the back of your credit card to do so. Orders will not be shipped until the alternate shipping address is verified with your credit card company.
