RETURNS


If you need to return a purchased item(s) we will gladly exchange your item(s) or refund your money (less shipping) with no restocking fee. Items must be returned in new condition and original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Your credit card will be billed for return shipping back to you. Send returned items to:

BACKORDERS


We carry a large inventory of items. We will do our best to fill your order completely and promptly. However, if we are temporarily out of stock, we will wait a maximum of two (2) weeks to fill completely before shipping partial order. You will be notified about backorders as soon as possible.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEE


Shipping is based on weight of item(s). Your order is pre-weighed and automatically calculated in the ordering process. We ship USPS Priority Mail which is 2 to 3 days. Even though we do ship 2-3 day shipping, if the item is not in our stock, we must order the item(s), which delays the 2-3 day shipping. Out of Country, shipping is Air Mail, we will adjust according to weight. Other shipping is available upon request in instructions to us. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

CREDIT CARD PROTECTION POLICY


If your order is being shipped to a different address other than the billing address, please make sure your credit card company has the alternate shipping address on file. You can call the number on the back of your credit card to do so. Orders will not be shipped until the alternate shipping address is verified with your credit card company. Thank you for keeping your credit card safe.
